What to do next?
Give us a call or complete an on line enquiry form …As we get booked up some time in advance you need to check availability with us. If your date is available and you wish to make a booking or to visit us to see what we have to offer... your wedding/event can then be arranged at the appointment. If you are happy to go ahead we will require you to complete a booking form and pay a deposit, that will be the date held for you. (see below for "Booking Form")

Will the covers fit ?
We work very closely with all the wedding venues in the area so we usually know which venues have which chairs and we have many different sizes of covers to fit….if we're not sure we will contact your hotel and arrange a fitting with them just to make sure all will be perfect for your big day.

Which methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept cash, cheques, bank transfers OR all major credit cards through paypal online

Not sure of colours or exact numbers can I still make a booking ?
Yes we would always recommend you to book ASAP to avoid disappointment. Then once you have an idea of your colours we suggest making an appointment to visit us, then you can choose your colours etc..  We have over 25 colours in stock, (see below for samples) but we are happy to work with your colour scheme if you don't have a colour match.

As for numbers we do not need to know your exact numbers until 4 weeks before your wedding date and that’s when your final balance will also need to be paid

Terms & Conditions 

1.  A Standard £100 deposit is required, to secure any booking, the deposit is non refundable.

2.  All equipment remains the property of Wedding Decor.

3.  During the period of hire, The Hirer is solely responsible for the hired goods.

4.  Wedding Decor will not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property during the   hired period.

5. Any outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to event date, if payment is not made by this date we will assume you no longer require the goods.

6.  The price includes delivery, set up and collection within a 30 mile radius of Workington.

7.  Any damages or loss are to be paid for at full cost by the hirer.
